issuer of the GRP. Equity has appointed SMA Consultants Pty Ltd ('SMA')
Level 16 114 William Street, Melbourne Vic 3000 as the administrator of
Enterprise Super. Insurance offered
through Enterprise Super may be issued by one or more insurance providers,
depending on the benefits under your employer's fund. Further details are
contained in the Enterprise Super PDS.
